In addition to eight onboard 1 Gigabit copper Ethernet ports, the 4600 also comes with an available expansion slot for the option of adding four 1 Gigabit copper or 2 or 4 fiber Ethernet ports. With 374 SecurityPower Units, max firewall throughput of over 9 Gbps and IPS performance up to 4 Gbps the 4600 is capable of securing any small to mid-size office.
