Buying was great but I have requested a quote for buying my old equipment but did not receive a reply. I would think that even if the equipment is not wanted that an email could be sent to confirm.

Fantastic help from the support line on choosing the right system.

Everything was great, except I was emailed a coupon code for 10% off and when I put it in the field as I was finalizing the sale, it said the coupon had expired. It had been less than 30 minutes since I had gotten the email. I called and spoke to a very helpful customer service rep, who made sure the coupon was applied. I appreciated that very much!

It's probably not your fault per se. But the vvx350 phones have a lot of problems and although I did end up getting both of them to work, it was by miracle because I had to guess the admin password '789' So the phone was not ready for use out of the box unless I happened to hues the right admin code. Otherwise I would have had to send the phones back, (most customers would have returned them). These phones need to be checked properly before sending them out. (Although the did work better than the other Amazon sellers who created a nightmare for me) Thanks !
