Easy purchase

This was the second/third purchase The first was very good, the second was much better, like new not the C class it was label. However it would not complete the third Windows 11 upgrade. The customer service rep. was on the phone with me for over 4 hours trying to get it to work. The replacement that they sent me, worked and it is currently in use. The RMA arrived before quickly. The First computer I purchased was Class A and had a very small scratch on the case, The second a class C system and could not be told from a new unit physically. The Replacement unit was a Class B unit and had a 2" scratch. None of the units had a dent.
