Good website UI, easy to browse and perform transactions. Good prices on quality hardware. However, there was no confirmation email or anything else informing that a transaction happened. No order status or tracking info. The customer service did not respond when I wanted to know the order status. The item arrived quickly, so overall positive. Would be excellent if I wasn't kept in the dark.

Good selection and pricing. Item arrived exactly as described and was in great condition. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable with a shipping issue (not their fault) and had everything taken care of same day.

My AIO pc had an hardware issue, had to return it. They did make me an offer to replace the one for another with the hardware I got. They did provide the return shipping and I agreed Ed to the model they offered, I am awaiting on arrival
