Ordering the laptop was a seamless, stress-free experience. Entering the website, I knew I wanted a mid-range HP laptop. PC Liquidations' stelllar job of listing laptop specifications allowed me to zero in on the machine I wanted, an EliteBook. Although it was listed as in B condition, I find no cosmetic or operational flaws.

Missing an easy to see way to buy tax exempt. otherwise the transaction was smooth.

I have got alot of items from them and had no problems with them. It is a good place to shop if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

Finding the products needed was easy, shipping was fast and simple. I did, however have some issues with the products sent. I purchased 3 computer towers with 3 monitors. Included with the monitors and computers were 3 display port cables. Either all 3 cables, or all 3 computers were defective, as there was no signal to the monitor. Luckily I had VGA cables that worked fine with all 3 computers and monitors. This seemed fine until one of the computers fully powered on. Somehow, it arrived with a dead CMOS battery, AND no operating system installed. Once again, I got lucky, as I had these things handy. I replaced the dead battery, and installed a copy of Windows 10 on a machine that was supposed to have been in working order and passed a quality control check.

Quick, easy, reliable. Still yet to test the product, but I trust it will be sufficient.

Easy to navigate site. I liked their filters to narrow down my search when making the purchase. After receiving the laptop I had a technical question about installing Linux. I made a phone call and PCLiquidations was able to verify that the purchase I made was compatible and doing so would not disrupt the bios settings.

The order was received as scheduled.
