Thank you. It was okay. I have a question: I purchased another phone (same model) last March (2024), and it is no longer working. That was the reason I bought this new one. The previous phone didn't last even one year. Is there any warranty for it, so we can have it repaired?

Joe was very helpful. Also, somehow the shipping address was changed from Wayne, NE 68787 to Wakefield, NE 68784, same street address which is a bar. I just went over 12 miles, picked it up and all is good.

Good prices for an 3 to 5 year old laptop in good shape with features I needed. The laptop which I received, it came very quickly and had more memory and disk space than I had expected.

Had what I needed

Great customer service. I ordered an extra desktop all in one computer for my office. It was delivered fairly quick and well packaged. There was an issue with Microsoft not being installed on the computer once it was set up. I called the company and after trying to troubleshoot the problem was quickly offered a replacement and return labels to ship back the other computer. Within several days I received the replacement. I rated as a 4 star only because it would've been nice not to have had any issues with the computer but since it was rectified promptly I am happy with their company and service.

I ordered a new laptop from PC liquidations. The product I ordered ended up not passing the company's efficiency test. The company emailed and also called to offer a similar product which I accepted. It arrived quite quickly and works well. I would feel very comfortable working with PCliquidations again.
