This is one outstanding company. My sales consultant, Austin, assisted me in getting the right equipment at a reasonable price. This is my second purchase from PCLiquidations and the second time Austin worked with me. In the future, I will not hesitate contacting Austin to get the equipment that I need.After receiving the order, I was going through the setup process required to replace 2 existing system with the 2 new systems that I purchased. Both systems were having an issue with the internal Wi-Fi adapters. The signal strength was very weak on both systems. In order for the adapters to work, I needed to be within 6 feet of my wireless router and when using my wireless phone hotspot, the phone had to actually be places on the PC case. In each case, signals were still very weak.When I contacted support, we went through what options were available to get Wi-Fi functionality. The option that i selected was to use a USB Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter. I am still waiting to receive the adapters to see if they solve my issue. I expect delivery the next business day from this amended review.The computers work flawlessly with an ethernet connection, but I need the Wi-Fi.
