This is such a great find. Purchasing brand new IP phones is unnecessary when these guys refurbish them perfectly.

We recieved the first monitor without the stand. We contacted customer service and they promptly sent another monitor that did have the stand. We have not yet recieved the call tag to return the first monitor.
