Polycom One Year Hardware Replacement Warranty - VVX 250

Poly’s Hardware Replacement Service for the VVX 250 provides customers with a next business day advance parts replacement upon Poly confirming the unit has failed(standard adv replacement warranty on Poly products is 30-days from purchase). This service gives the customer the power to resolve issues quickly without the need for 3rd party support, reducing overall IT costs and enhancing their telephony products investment. This service agreement should be purchased along with the VVX 250 at the point of sale (Pricing is per Endpoint). This service agreement is renewable.

Features

• Provides 8x5 Tier 1 response from Poly (Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm)
• Poly provides remote assistance in diagnosing and troubleshooting covered Products (typically performed thru remote access)
• Next Business Day Advance Replacement if required to resolve hardware issue (standard warranty only provides adv replacement within 30-days of purchase)
  
• No additional technical or escalation support is included as a part of this Service (See Premier Agreement for these services)
• Term: 1-year (must be purchased at the same time as the new hardware)
