Windows 10 devices are not eligible to be upgraded to Windows 11. End of Service for Windows 10 will be on October 14, 2025.

All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
