The NEC MIFA-U10-ETU is a specialized expansion module designed for the NEC Electra Elite 48/192 and IPK telephone systems. It enhances system capabilities by providing additional memory and processing power to support advanced features such as Uniform Call Distribution (UCD) and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) with Management Information System (MIS) functionalities. To enable ACD with MIS, the KMA(1.0)U kit must be installed on the MIFA-U10-ETU.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
