Yealink EXP50 T5x Series Expansion Module

The Yealink EXP50 Color-screen Button Expansion Module (DSS) for Yealink T5 Series IP phones, including SIP-T58V/SIP-T58A/SIP-T57W/SIP-T56A/SIP-T54W/SIPT54S/SIP-T53W/SIP-T53/SIP-T52S, is designed to expand the functional capability of your SIP phone to a whole new level. It features a large 4.3-inch color-screen LCD, giving you a vivid visual experience. In addition, it provides you with a simple user interface and advanced call handling capabilities. For example, three pages of 20 flexible button shown on the display can be programmed up to 60 various features. The functionality of Yealink T5 Series IP phones will also be extended by the EXP50, you can set the provided multifunctional line keys as BLF, speed dial, call forward, transfer, call park, call pickup, etc. The Yealink EXP50 Color-screen Expansion Module is an ideal solution for receptionists, administrative assistants and contact center workers and give you the ability to monitor contacts and manage a large volume of calls with ease.

Note

  • The T52S/T53/T53WT54S/T54W/T56A/T57W/T58A/T58V IP phone can support 3 expansion modules at most. But if you use more than one expansion module, you need to connect an additional Yealink power adapter (5V/2A) to any one of the expansion modules. The power adapter is available as an option above or click here
  • The T56A and T58A Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business both support the EXP50 with 58.15.0.122.rom or higher firmware (Jan 2021)
  • The MP56 and MP58 Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business now supports the EXP50 with 122.15.0.33.rom or higher firmware (Jan 2021)
  • The VP59 Microsoft Teams now supports the EXP50 with 91.15.0.50.rom or higher firmware (Jan 2021)
  • When connected to the T53, or T53W, the EXP50 display automatically adjusts to black and white.  
  • When connected to the T52S, T54S, T54W, T56A, T57W, T58A or T58V, the EXP50 Display automatically adjusts to color.
