These items have been refurbished. Refurbished items have been cleaned, tested, and confirmed to be fully functional. Grade B - Refurbished phones will have moderate blemishes and/or yellowing that cannot be removed through the refurbishing process.

All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
