- An optional wall-mount kit is orderable as a spare part for customers who want this capability.
- The 3PCC is designed for use with UCaaS platforms including, but not limited to - Ring Central, 8x8, Nextiva, GoTo Connect, Vonage, Zoom Phone (please verify with your provider if they offer video support before ordering)

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
