All of our phones are refurbished, cleaned, tested, and confirmed to be fully functional based on our rigorous testing standards. Our grading is based on cosmetic appearance only. As such, a Grade A phone will look new or almost new with few if any visible scratches. However, all refurbished telephone systems are tested to ensure they all deliver the same high level of quality and performance.
