The Cisco Desk Phone 9800 Key Expansion Module (KEM) improves the functionality of the phone by adding extra extension lines and programmable buttons. These buttons can be set up as line keys, speed-dial buttons, or other buttons for supported phone features.

- DP-9861 and DP-9871: IEEE Power over Ethernet class 3, enables one KEM via the USB-A port. Cisco Power Adapter 3, enables up to three KEMs via the USB-A ports.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
