GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cosmetically grade core product according to PCLiquidations guidelines
• Receive, control and locate core product using our WMS system
• Troubleshoot core product to accurately identify error / needed repair
• Identify, source and order required hardware/software to complete repair
• Receive, Control, and locate repair parts using our WMS system
• Complete Core product repair through hardware / software replacement and or install
• Clean product using standard household grade cleaners
• Perform Quality & Assurance inspections on repaired and refurbished items
• Consistently and effectively learn new and existing products
• Actively maintain a neat, clean, organized work-station and department
• Meet and Exceed established productivity goals
• Positively assist Manager in achieving production strategies for the company
• Actively carry out and follow-up on additional tasks assigned by Management including but not limited to facility related activities
