I came to PCL because I wanted windows 10 and my long standing company was sold out. I found PCL prices to be higher but with limited quantity left anywhere, I gave them a shot. The order arrived on time and well packaged and in good order. However the mouse included with the keyboard was not present. I contacted customer service and they were friendly and helpful and promptly dispatched another mouse. In this age of ai nonsense I found the 'direct-to-human' interaction and the high level of customer service reassuring and welcome. In past years, no decades, I have worked with a previous company. This first experience has bought my loyalty to PCL. Thank you.

Great product and a great price. I bought a Lenovo work station refurbished laptop in the 'good condition' category. It appears brand new. Considering the tariff situation with China, getting a refurbished laptop was a much better option than waiting an indeterminate time for a new laptop which ships from China.

There was no need to contact this vendor They were on the ball. I was looking for a very specific computer They had it at a quite acceptable price I ordered it, shipping was fast it was packaged great, booted up exactly as I wanted.
