My AIO pc had an hardware issue, had to return it. They did make me an offer to replace the one for another with the hardware I got. They did provide the return shipping and I agreed Ed to the model they offered, I am awaiting on arrival

It was an easy order that shipped quickly. I was AMAZED that your COO called to check on the order and that everything went smoothly. Honestly, I can buy things anywhere. An organization that seems to actually care this much about my satisfaction and that I received what I ordered is an organization that will fix an issue I have in the future. My quote from PCLiquidations was made through Zoom as I am migrating my IP telephony environment to them and needed physical phones. I really didn't put much thought into the purchase as I assumed an organization like Zoom wouldn't steer me to a disreputable company. Of course, I received my order correctly and quickly - this is not uncommon. At this point, I honestly feel like PCL wanted to proactively find and fix issues before I had a chance to complain - this is uncommon. I'd appreciate a call from an account manager to discuss future needs and purchases. I get 5 calls a week from vendors wanting to be our 'partner', meaning they just want us to buy from them exclusively. Partnership is earned and its not an easy thing to earn. A vendor is just another vendor until they differentiate themselves to become a partner. A COO calling my in person after a relatively small purchase is a path to partnership.
