Ordered a monitor, but got a message that the model i selected didn't have one in stock that passed their quality test and offered to refund or order one of similar price and model instead. Accepted the similar price option and it works fantastic! absolutely like new. and knowing that they wouldn't send me an item that failed an actual quality test says a lot about the standard they upkeep, which makes me inclined to hold them in higher regard.

I have nothing but good things to say about PCLiquidations. I found just the unit I wanted and the price was good. I had to pay the price for living in Alaska with the shipping costs but I really shouldn't complain. Package arrived promptly and in good shape because you did something other companies don't always do... YOU PACKED IT WELL! My call to you was because I didn't hear from you with a tracking number in what I thought was a timely manner. Be sure to let customers know right away that a tracking number will be sent to them promptly. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who may need your services.

Ordering the laptop was a seamless, stress-free experience. Entering the website, I knew I wanted a mid-range HP laptop. PC Liquidations' stelllar job of listing laptop specifications allowed me to zero in on the machine I wanted, an EliteBook. Although it was listed as in B condition, I find no cosmetic or operational flaws.
