Easy and quick

Initially I received a laptop that did not have a functioning wi-fi driver set up, so I was unable to complete setting up my computer. I reached out to customer service and Kenneth Arellano helped me troubleshoot and when we realized I would not be able to fix it, he quickly made sure to send me a replacement. I received the replacement and it works like a dream. Thank you for your help
