Good pricing but should have had free shipping with order due the amount total I paid

I needed a Linux system to replace my Windows 10 cesspit.

Not great. Unable to change credit card on file in account. Tried numerous times even called in…..nothing changes.

On first boot-up the laptop did not go into 'init PC' mode, it was only on a reboot that it acted like a new PC setup. I'm guessing that was because the unit was only 'sleeping' when shipped.

Ok, but did not want payment card saved.

Ordered a monitor, but got a message that the model i selected didn't have one in stock that passed their quality test and offered to refund or order one of similar price and model instead. Accepted the similar price option and it works fantastic! absolutely like new. and knowing that they wouldn't send me an item that failed an actual quality test says a lot about the standard they upkeep, which makes me inclined to hold them in higher regard.
