This accessory cable kit is typically used to connect relays or other actors to the snom PA1. As example, you can connect a telephone keypad, or simply button-type "keyboard". Another example is using the snom PA1 as an 2-way intercom for a door system to "buzz" someone through the door by energizing a relay connected through the accessory cable kit. Starting with PA1 hardware version R3C and above, it is possible to use this wiring kit to recover an otherwise "bricked" PA1 or unresponsive unit.
