The ShoreTel IP230 phone boasts support for 3 lines, allowing you to configure the phone to transfer or accept multiple lines with ease. The IP230 has a small footprint taking up minimal space, yet it packs powerful features such as a full duplex speakerphone and integrated Ethernet switch. The ShoreTel 230 runs using the MGCP protocol, and connects to ShoreTel voice switches and phone systems.
