Overall Responsibility

As the Assistant Manager of Sales, you will have the opportunity to help lead in company growth, not only through driving revenue but also through inspiring others, and our continuous improvement process. You will primarily be responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives to effectively sell company technology products to brokers, corporations, and end-user customers. You will also have the opportunity to be part of a leading company that provides a multitude of unique services, including; selling new and refurbished terminals, printers, phones, phone systems, telecommunications equipment, personal computers, and peripherals, as well as IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).

Main Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Consistently and effectively learn and teach existing and new products, company services
  • Develop, Build and Maintain strong, sustainable relationships with team members, clients, and direct customers
  • Ensure Sales Team members appropriately follow-up with Customers and Sales leads as needed to cultivate profitability
  • Coach Sales Team members to search for, locate, develop and close business & customer sales of product and services
  • Provide consultation for Sales Team members, and all customers on products and services, provided by the company
  • Lead, Coach and Develop Strategies to ensure Sales Team members Meet and Exceed Sales and Productivity goals
  • Positively assist Management in creating, implementing, and adhering to sales strategies for the company
  • Proactively determine needs of Teams and Team Members to effectively boost morale and create a positive environment
  • Determine, Delegate, Execute and follow-up on team assignments as well as additional tasks assigned by Management

Effectively Build, Grow and Maintain positive, professional internal and external relationships, which align with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines, principles, and core values.

Proactively establish and maintain positive & effective working relationships with team members, management and support department personnel.

Experience

Enterprise Class Corporate Leadership / In-Bound & Out-Bound Sales Experience Preferred / Technology Industry Experience / Change Management / Talent Development / Goal Oriented Sales Team Experience

  • Basic Office Functions – Microsoft Office, E-Mail, Phones, Computers, and Interaction with Management
  • Type at least 45 Words per Minute
