Warranty:
Most items have a 30 day warranty from invoice date unless the product description says different. New items have a 30 day warranty from invoice date from PCLiquidations.com. We don't express or imply that any item has a factory warranty. Defective items are replaced or repaired first. If repair or replacement isn't possible then a refund will be given. All refurbished computers are sold with NO operating system, if they still have their COA sticker attached we don't guarantee that it is usable.

Okidata Printers have a 90 day parts + labor warranty.
New Okidata Printers carry the standard factory warranty. We don't express or imply that any refurbished printers have a factory warranty left.

There is a $50 charge for any bounced or cancelled checks and cancelled credit card authorizations! The purchaser is responsible for all collection charges involved with collecting on bad or cancelled credit cards and checks.


Return Policy
You have 30 days from the invoice date to return an item.

There is a 25% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is greater) on all returned items.
Items that had "free shipping" have a $15 minimum restocking fee and if returned for another item or for refund will be charged actual shipping in addition to the standard restocking fee. Shipping is never included on a refund.
All returned items must be in the original condition. You must have your order number before an RMA will be issued. Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.
There are NO returns/refunds on Special Order Items.

Customer is responsible for the shipping and the cost of shipping items back to PCLiquidations.com on all returns and repairs. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure a return is packed correctly for safe return to us. We won't cover under warranty any repairs for damages incurred during shipping.
