Overall Responsibility

As the Assistant Manager of Procurement, you will have the opportunity to help lead in the company grow, not only through driving revenue but also through inspiring others, and our continuous improvement process. You will primarily be responsible for leading a team of Buyers I & II in assisting the company with product procurement as well as various operational services, processes, and support functions. You will also have the opportunity to be part of a leading company that provides a multitude of unique services, including; selling new and refurbished terminals, printers, phones, phone systems, telecommunications equipment, personal computers, and peripherals, as well as IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).

Main Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Consistently and effectively learn and teach existing and new products, company services
  • Coordinate external repair services, operational and international shipping needs, as well as shipping claims collections
  • Coach team in delivering higher level technical support to all customers and business partners when needed
  • Lead efforts to appropriately resolve instances of potential Fraudulent purchasing
  • Supervise team in company and customer product and supply acquisitions (Procurement / Buying / Supply Ordering)
  • Ensure website maintenance, listing accuracy, as well as market comparisons of product details and pricing are accomplished effectively
  • Provide consultation for Service Team members, and all customers on products and services, provided by the company
  • Proactively ensure Team Members resolve customer service concerns, eBay service resolution, and customer payment collections
  • Proactively determine needs of Teams and Team Members to effectively boost morale and create a positive environment
  • Positively assist Management in creating, implementing, and adhering to service strategies for the company
  • Determine, Delegate, Execute and follow-up on team assignments as well as additional tasks assigned by Management
