E-Commerce Manager

Overall Responsibilities:

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead our organization in company growth, not only through driving revenue but also through inspiring a diverse team of E-Commerce professionals. You will primarily be responsible for overall leadership of the online sales force, by directly overseeing pricing strategies, administrative duties, operational processes, and revenue growth functions. You will also have the opportunity to be a key figure-head, and be part of a leading company that provides a multitude of unique services, including; selling new and refurbished terminals, printers, phones, phone systems, telecommunications equipment, personal computers, and peripherals, as well as IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).

Main Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Determine and monitor sales price for incoming and existing items
  • Implement pricing strategies and track performance of first price listings
  • Consistently and effectively learn, coach and train existing and new products, as well as company services.
  • Create and edit categories, templates, and options to help organize and support inventory listing performance
  • Improve overall online customer interactions
  • E-Commerce team development
  • Provide consultation for teams to ensure they can create and maintain the best E-Commerce listings for our inventory
  • Proactively ensure Team members are familiar with all policies and procedures
  • Consistently refine processes and submit revisions for approval
  • Proactively determine needs of Teams and Team Members to effectively boost morale and create a positive environment
  • Positively assist Management in creating, implementing, and adhering to company strategies
  • Determine, Delegate, Execute and follow-up on team assignments as well as additional tasks assigned by Management

Effectively Build, Grow and Maintain positive, professional internal and external relationships, which align with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines, principles, and core values. Proactively establish and maintain positive & effective working relationships with team members and support department personnel.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years Sales Management Experience

Experience:

Sales Management / Team Leadership / Logistics / Technology Services / Website Maintenance / Buying & Procurement / Talent Development

  • Basic Office Functions — Google Suite, E-Mail, Phones, Computers, and Interaction with Management- Type at least 45 Words per Minute
