When your system is ordered with Windows XP, it will be preloaded on the PC and all drivers will be installed. You will receive a genuine CD or DVD of the OS. This will be a legitimate licensed copy assigned to this machine. As a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher, we install new genuine software, not counterfeit software that could contain viruses.

Drivers: Device drivers can be found at http://support.dell.com . Enter in the service tag (on the back of the machine) and all needed drivers will be available for download.
